I am premiering a new solo at the 92nd Street Y Dance Educators Collective Concert. My solo dance “Girl on Wheels” is a response piece to Katherine Litz’s 1951 solo “The Glyph” which I restaged and performed last year. I am working with my same musician Joe Tucker to create a new sound score and dance based on Litz’s concepts. Our theme: biking around NYC! It’s sure to be a scream. Literally!
